The Community Based Research Centre in Vancouver, Canada is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to using research to guide community action on health and social issues. We support the research and knowledge development needs of communities and community organizations locally, nationally and internationally. We conduct research and translate findings into educational initiatives and messages. We provide capacity building and education on community based research.
The Research Ethics Board exists to provide ethical guidance and consultation to community-based researchers.
